This policy explains how WINDHORSE Creator Agent accesses, uses, stores and protects information when businesses use the service for creator discovery and partnership evaluation.
1. About the Service
WINDHORSE Creator Agent is a creator discovery, research, evaluation and workflow tool for authorized business users. The service may connect to Meta products through authorized Meta APIs when a user or business grants the required permissions.
2. Information We May Process
Account and authorization information. Identifiers and authorization information necessary to establish requested connections, including permitted business, Page and Instagram account identifiers.
Creator discovery information. Where permitted by Meta and applicable API permissions, creator discovery results and related creator profile, audience, performance or marketplace information made available through Meta Platform APIs.
User-provided information. Campaign criteria, creator notes, historical cooperation results, product information, scoring preferences and other workflow data.
3. How We Use Information
- Authenticate authorized connections and identify selected business assets.
- Search, filter, organize, compare and evaluate creators for potential partnerships.
- Generate creator-fit analysis, rankings, workflow records and similar-creator recommendations.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot errors and prevent unauthorized use.
- Comply with applicable platform requirements and law.
Meta Platform Data is used only for functionality consistent with permissions granted to the application and applicable Meta Platform Terms.
4. Sharing and Sale
We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not disclose Platform Data to unrelated third parties for their independent advertising purposes. Service providers may process information only where necessary to provide requested functionality, security or legal compliance, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable platform requirements.
5. Storage, Security and Retention
The service is designed to minimize unnecessary collection and retention. Data may be stored locally in the user's application environment and, where a requested feature requires it, transmitted to authorized service infrastructure or model providers for that processing. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the requested service, legitimate operational requirements, legal obligations or platform requirements.
6. Meta Permissions and User Control
Access to Meta data depends on permissions granted through Meta's authorization process. Users may revoke application access using controls provided by Meta; revocation may prevent connected features from operating.
7. Data Deletion
Users and authorized businesses may request deletion of information associated with their use of the service. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
8. Children's Privacy
The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy when the service, legal requirements or platform requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
